Shipping Rates

We take great pride in our shipping methods. We use heavy duty corrugated shipping boxes and line them with bubble wrap. Then, we line each layer of cookies with corrugated pads and more bubble wrap. Our packages are distinctly marked fragile and hand delivered to FedEx where they are shipped via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery or FedEx 2-Day Air (depending on the destination location).

Breakage is extremely rare. We are very pleased with FedEx’s track record in handling our packages. However, if any of your decorated cookies arrive completely broken or there is a deviation from the specifications on the Order Confirmation, the damage or error must be reported to us via email at customerservice@weddingcookie.com or phone at 1-888-361-7198 within 24 hours of receipt of your order to be considered for credit. 

Only cookies that are broken will be considered for credit. A photograph of the cookies must be emailed to us, and you must make your package available to FedEx to pick up for re-inspection. If FedEx is unable to retrieve your package, we absolutely cannot issue a refund.  We reserve the right to send replacement cookies rather than issue credit should there be sufficient time before your event, as determined by Max’s Mom’s Cookies.
